  7. This is one of my plugins for ArtEffect2/3+.

  9. SmartBlur is a blurrer (gaussian or average) that blurs a picture without
  10. loosing sharp edges. It can remove noise visible in large equal areas and
  11. leaving details untouched. It is well suited to remove moirés from scanned
  12. printings without smoothing the details out. Very useful if natural pictures
  13. are mixed with artifical graphics/text, e.g. cover of a CD.
